Paymo Invoicing - in beta!
Dear Paymo users, we’re excited to announce that our new online invoicing module is in beta and ready for everyone to test. We tried to keep the simplicity of Paymo in our add-on module too, and we’re hoping you’ll find it easy to use and helpful.
Paymo invoicing will be available free of charge during the beta testing period. After the beta period Paymo Invoicing will be available for
$9.99/month without any limitations (we really don’t like limitations).
Before using the Invoice module please make sure you take the following steps:
- visit the Settings section and fill in the forms related to invoicing
- edit the contact information for your clients in the clients section
- all your projects have now a new setting where you can set the hourly rate
- for the project. make sure you fill in the appropriate data if you intend to create accurate invoices using previously created projects
- each project task has billable/non-billable switch, please make the appropriate changes to existing tasks
If you need any help with the invoicing module don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get back to you asap.

Will I be able to remove the Paymo logo from the invoices with the pro version?

Dear Josh,
if you upload your company logo in the settings section it will be used on all the invoices you create instead of the default paymo logo.

Hi!
I am a bit excited about the new function Invoices Beta. Such a tool! But still a question… is there a possibility to remove my invoices? For example to remove the void invoices.
Thanks a lot for answer and thanks a lot PayMo:)

Can you set up the system to where I can print a report (PDF) of payments made/received on invoices, and invoices that are closed/paid.
I love how easy it is to use Paymo. I won’t be using anything other than Paymo. Thank You So Much.

Hi Aileen,
we’ll be building new features into the invoicing module in the future. Stay tuned to the blog for the latest news.

I read some where that there would be a charge for the invoice feature, once it was out of beta… is that true? (please say no)

Yes, the invoicing module will be a commercial addon ($9.99/month). We’d like to keep this feature free too, however there are costs that have to be covered.
